These Peas are grown in Victorian Wimmera soils, grown without chemicals and artificial fertilisers whilst using sustainable biodynamic principles which improve the health of the soil. They are split to make them quicker to cook are a great source of protein & fibre and so versatile as they can be used in soups, casserolees, mashed to form fillings or whatever you desire.
