Powlett Hill Stoneground Whole Rye Flour is Demeter certified Bio-dynamic and they only mill pure rye into the wholegrain flour. It can be blended with other grains to produce a lighter loaf and makes a wonderful loaf when combined with a Organic Unbleached White flour. Rye is traditionally a heavier style of bread with a distinctive flavour and texture. Rye flour also makes great crisp breads for the home baker or healthy fibrous pasta for the more adventurous.
The farm and milling is situated locally in Cambelltown, Victoria.
