Used to make delicious bread, pizza, dinner rolls and more! Ideal for those with gluten intolerance or Coeliac disease after a fresh quality bread mix.

Preheat oven to 250¡C/400¡F and oil 2 x 29cm (11.4 inches) pizza trays.
Place 450g (15.8 oz) bread mix into a large bowl and make a well in the centre.
Add 25ml (0.85 US fl. oz) of vegetable oil and 305ml (10.3 US fl. oz) of warm water (38-41¡C/100-106¡F) to the flour mixture. Combine with a spoon until the dough can be collected in a ball and kneaded by hand. Knead dough briefly on a dusted board, divide into 2 pieces, and roll out into circles to fit pizza trays or desired thickness.
Top with desired toppings and bake for 7-15 mins until the toppings are bubbling and golden.
