Thick, soft and creamy, Yackandandah lemon curds have a wonderfully sweet, tart flavour. Traditionally used as a spread for scones, we use our curds to fill tarts, pies, cakes and as part of triffle; although our real favourite is Yackandandah lemon curd spread on fresh, white, crusty bread with a cup of tea or coffee.

Our country-style lemon curds originate from regional Yackandandah, a former gold mining area founded in 1844. Nothing much has changed since then and neither has the incredible taste you get from any recipe that includes our country-style lemon curds.
