Coarse Celtic Sea Salt is a traditional, hand-harvested salt collected from the coastal waters of France, using the same artisanal methods practiced for over 1,000 years.
Naturally sun-dried and left completely unwashed, these medium-sized crystals retain their full spectrum of minerals and trace elements, giving them both nutritional value and a uniquely savoury flavour.
The good salt breaks down the complex carbohydrates of grains and vegetables for better digestion. Fully mineralised natural salt does not create thirst and assists in hydration.
Moist coarse Sea Salt crystals are best stored in natural clay or wooden containers that allow the salt to ābreatheā.
