Cannellini are delicious and nutritious! Cannellini beans are a traditional Southern Italian bean, often named White Kidney Bean. They are large, white, oval-shaped beans with a delightful fluffy, creamy texture when cooked and a slightly nutty flavour.

Cannelloni beans are fantastic in Italian-inspired soups, casseroles, and salads, and they also make a fabulous mash. Try whipping cooked beans with garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice for a healthy, protein-filled substitute for your standard mashed potatoes. Add them to tomato-based soups like minestrone, or toss them with olive oil and black pepper for a satisfying side dish.
