Pink Lake Salt Coarse | 500g
Coarse Pink lake salt is produced sustainably by Mount Zero, which works hand in hand with the Barengi Gadjin Land Council to produce a salt that is naturally high in minerals. It is hand harvested in small batches and naturally sundried.
With its larger, coarse crystals, this variety is perfect for grinders, brining, roasting, and adding a crunchy mineral finish to meats, seafood, and vegetables.

A delicate salt with a round-flavoured taste that is naturally lower in sodium than sea salt and is rich in calcium, magnesium, sulphur, iron, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, copper, and beta-carotene. This salt is a healthier alternative to regular sea salt.
