Pink lake salt is produced sustainably by Mount Zero, which works hand in hand with the Barengi Gadjin Land Council to produce a salt that is naturally high in minerals. It is hand harvested in small batches and naturally sundried.
A delicate salt with a round-flavoured taste that is naturally lower in sodium than sea salt and is rich in calcium, magnesium, sulphur, iron, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, copper, and beta-carotene. This salt is a healthier alternative to regular sea salt.
Shelf life: Up to three years if properly stored.
Storage: Cool, dry, dark area.
