HNZ UMF 20+ (829+ MGO) Medicinal grade manuka honey has a higher effectiveness and is sought for its usage in its anti-bacterial properties and highly effective against cold and flu symptoms as well as muscle recovery.
Dosage: When unwell: 1 – 2 teaspoons recommended up to three times a day while symptoms persist. For daily use: 1 – 2 teaspoons daily.
