It is perfect for flat breads, or when combined with up to 50% wheat flour, it makes delicious nutritious leavened bread. It is milled from the pale, golden seed of a grass, high in magnesium and has a lovely creamy texture
HOW TO USE
Uses: for flatbread, tortillas, corn chips, must be combined with gluten-rich flours to make yeast-raised bread and cakes and as a thickening or binding agent – as a corn flour would be used.
